What is our class size?

For in person class, we were supposed to have 16 children with 3 teachers. Due to our current Covid/Omicron situation, our current class size is  12 children with 2 -3 teachers a class with a new health and safety policy.

For small group virtual class, we have 8-9  students max

What is our tuition fees ?

For Spring  2022 (April to June)

WOLO Class Dates (Saturdays) 

9:30AM- 10:45AM /11:00AM-12:15PM /1pm-2:15pm

  • April  2nd, 9th, 22rd, 30th
  • May 7th, 14th, 28th, 
  • June  4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

(No class on April 16th, Easter long weekend and May 21st, Victoria's day long weekend)

Tution fees: $ 302.5 for 11 sessions

30 minutes Group online class via Zoom (Sundays)

  • April  3rd, 10th, 24th
  • May 1st , 8th, 15th, May 29th 
  • June  5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

(No class on April 17th, East long weekend and May 22nd Victoria's day long weekend)

Tuiton fees: $154 for 11 sessions (with crafts template and worksheets included)

What is our cancellation policy?

For In Person Class

The trial class is free. Refund will be provided minus $20 cancellation fees 2 weeks before the class starts.  Refund may be provided after 1st class minus $75 cancellation fees and the cost of attended class(es). After 2nd class, there will be no refunds. No refunds or make up classes for missed classes. For snow closures, it will considered as a missed class so there will be no make up classes. If we cancel the class due to teacher is being sick or the centre has to close due to a health and safety issue, we will provide make up virtual class(es), in person class or class credit will be considered on a case by case basis. Fees are not refunded due to illness be it a staff or child illness.

For Online Class

The trial class is free. What is our payment method?

For In Person class

 We accept payment by e-transfer, cash, or credit cards. Details regarding payment will be included in the email when a spot is offered to your child. Tuition must be paid in full upon accepting the spot in the program

For Online Class

We accept payment by e-transfer if living within Canada and Paypal if living outside of Canada. Details regarding payment will be included in the email when a spot is offered to your child. Tuition must be paid in full upon accepting the spot in the program.

What is our Covid 19 protocol?

We are following closely to government restrictions and BCCDC childcare guidelines.

WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCED THAT ALL OUR TEACHERS ARE VACCINATED !!!! 

These are things that we do for the class

  1. teachers and children put on masks at all time
  2. parents put on masks when drop off and pick up their child
  3. forehead temperature check for both teachers and children
  4. parents need to sign the daily health check list to make sure no cold/flu symptoms, fever, cough, running nose when drop off the child
  5. sanitize everything before and after use including door knob, toilet, faucet and all surface
  6. no parents allow coming in the centre
  7. children wash hands when coming in or leaving the centre
  8. seating arrangement with 2 metres apart
  9. Medical grade air purifier in each classroom
